At trynaturesflow.com, we value your satisfaction. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, our team is here to assist. Please read the details below before requesting a return or refund.
Returns
Because our products are skincare-related and intended for personal use, items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.
That said, we do accept returns of sealed, unused, and unopened products when requested within 30 days from the delivery date.
Return eligibility requirements:
• Items must remain in their original, unused condition and packaging
• Products must show no damage unrelated to shipping
• Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of receiving your order
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
⚠️ Please note:
Do not send any items back to the original sender’s address. You must contact us first to receive proper return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or not refunded.
How to Request a Return
To begin the return process, email us at contact@trynaturesflow.com and include:
• Your order number
• The reason for your return request
• Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
Our support team will reply within 2 business days with further instructions and the correct return address.
Refunds
After your return has been received and reviewed:
• You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or declined
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Final processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except when the return is the result of an error on our part (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received your funds, please contact us at contact@trynaturesflow.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please:
• Notify us within 72 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the issue along with your order number
In these cases, we will issue a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled prior to processing or shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still contact us regarding a return if eligible under this policy.
International Orders & Compliance
• All approved returns are sent to our main warehouse in Asia, unless stated otherwise
• Customers are responsible for international return shipping fees, as well as any applicable customs duties or taxes
For EU Customers:
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU residents have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of receipt.
